1. Manager – Robotics Operations

Location:

Pune, Maharashtra

Experience:

8–15 Years

Salary:

₹12 LPA – ₹24 LPA + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead robotics and automation projects from concept to commissioning.

• Manage engineering, design, manufacturing, and installation teams.

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers.

• Ensure project delivery within budget and timeline.

• Develop business strategies and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities in Industrial Automation and Robotics.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable robotic solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with design, project, and service teams for successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
